"stds-802-16-mac" is the e-mail reflector for discussions of the MAC 
of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless Access 
<http://ieee802.org/16>. This reflector is exclusively for the 
Group's official business. Technical discussions and questions, 
comments on presentations and documents, meeting announcements, etc., 
are welcome. Commercial discussions are not permitted. The IEEE
