stds-802-16: Leaving IEEE 802.16

All:

I am transfering from my current job in Lucent Wireless Broadband to a new
job in Lucent dealing with more general data networking, especially packet
voice.  The new job started October 1, 1999.   

I am therefore resigning as Vice Chair of 802.16, and as a member.  I will
signoff from the 802.16 e-mail exploder, but my e-mail address will stay the
same, so you can contact me if you need to.  

I think the group is in very good hands as far as leadership and membership,
and I hope to be reading about the new IEEE 802.16 broadband wireless MAC
and PHY in the near future.  It has been educational and a pleasure to work
with all of you, and I wish the group well.
