Congratulations to our cousins in 802.11 on winning PC Magazine's 
1999 Technical Excellence Award in the category of Network Standards 
tonight in Las Vegas!

The award, for 802.11b, was shared by the Wireless Ethernet 
Compatibility Alliance, whose primary objective is to promote 
interoperability and compliance testing of 802.11b devices.

Congrats also to 802.3's 1000Base-T, which was a finalist for the same award.
