stds-802-16: Formation of IEEE 802.16 Balloting Pool

When we get close to the completion of a draft standard, 802.16 will 
be forming a Sponsor Balloting Group to ballot the standard. To form 
the Balloting Group, IEEE will send an "Invitation to Ballot" to the 
members of the 802.16 "Balloting Pool".

At this time, we are forming the 802.16 Balloting Pool. You join the 
Pool by completing the on-line form at 
<http://standards.ieee.org/db/balloting/ballotform.html>. 
Participation in 802.16 in not a requirement for becoming a member of 
the Balloting Pool or Balloting Group.
