stds-802-16: IEEE 802.16 Session #8 Report [DRAFT]

In lieu of the 802 Closing Plenary on Friday, 802 will now be issuing 
a web-based report. The 802.16 report (which was actually due last 
Friday morning) is not yet complete. However, I have finished a draft 
that is pretty close. I have posted it:

I particularly urge those of you with portions of the minutes that I 
have not yet seen to confirm my accuracy.

Please send me any corrections by the end of today.

Note that the report includes reference to the "IEEE 802 Position 
Statement on IEEE 802.16 Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) Working 
Group Conflict of Interest with recent IEEE-ISTO announcement." which
