stds-802-16: 802 Recording Secretary

Folks,

Howard Frazier has announced his resignation as 802's Recording 
Secretary following the March 2001 meeting; he is busy leading the 
802.3's new "Ethernet in the First Mile" study group. (Howard will 
also chair the IEEE-SA's Review Committee (RevCom) in 2001).

802 ExCom Chair Jim Carlo is responsible to appoint Howard's 
replacement. He would particularly like to bring on someone with 
experience in wireless.

The Recording Secretary is a voting member of the ExCom. This 
position does not conflict with Working Group participation.
