The atributes which broadly distinguishes RPR from IP-Ethenet L2 are related
to the 
resiliency of the link connecting the source to the destination node.Address
resolutions
might be thought to be similar but, how efficiently to use the available
bandwidth based on the
priority of the packet is the new thing.
