The following evaluation criteria call is being cancelled until unless someone has input on any open or new topics.

Input is welcome on the following topics for the ABQ meeting.
1- Sectorization
2- Definition of spectral efficiency
3- Mobility modeling
4- Higher layer protocols models
5- Control signaling models
6- Performance metrics
I will update the evaluation criteria document with the agreement on the fairness criteria.
