Attached is a draft contribution which we can look at tomorrow on the ECCG call. It discusses TX and RX key RF characteristics and proposes values for Tx power (in dBms per MHz), TX ACLR, Receiver Selectivity and Receiver Blocking. Most of the values in this proposal were pulled off the UMTS specifications - Release. 5 and 6 - for FDD.
