stds-80220-requirements: 802.20 Requirements Submission
Hello Everyone!
I sent this out at the end of our day yesterday, but it never appeared on
the reflector. It looks like I've already run into the file size
limit!! (If anyone has an idea of why this got so big so quickly, maybe we
can remedy the problem for future submissions.)
Meanwhile, Mark Klerer is placing the document in the dropbox area on the
MBWA website for me... He'll post a URL for it shortly...

The attached contribution on 802.20 requriements is from Arak Sutivong,
Ayman Naguib and myself. It is an attempt to re-cast our earlier
contribution strawman requirements document (C802.20-03/44) into the format
we discussed on our call last week.
