IEEE 802.21.1 Task Group 21.1 (TG SAUC)

IEEE 802.21.1 is developing several media independent services; handover, home energy management system, software-defined radio access networks, radio resource management and device-to-device communication that shall be implemented in conjunction with the media independent services framework as defined in IEEE P802.21-revision project.
