[802.21] July 2004 Plenary 802.21 contributions missing from server

Is there a reason why the contributions from the July meeting are
missing from the following directory?

http://www.ieee802.org/21/july04_meeting_docs

Is there a plan in place to delete all past conference contributions
from the server or is this a mistake?
