Compliance with IEEE-SA and CS Governance

Folks,

Attached is a proposed modification to the current P&P for compliance with IEEE
Standards Association (IEEE-SA) and IEEE Computer Society (CS) governance
Documents. These changes were approved by the EC during the July Plenary and
would be incorporated in the 802 LMSC P&P rules, after comment resolution.

Please review it and let me know if you have any comments no later than October
10, 2004.
