LLC and MIH interface....

Folks:

Figure 1 of the req. document shows no SAPs between MIH and LLC. This made
perfect sense to me until I realized that for wireline the DL_CONNECT,
DL_DISCONNECT and DL_RESET primitives go through LLC. So if we need to include
802.3/802.2 in the MIH decicion mix, these SAPs can't be ignored when wireline
link goes up and down, hence SAP between the two is required.

Do I see it correctly? thought?
