RE: [802.21] Reminder - updated detailed proposals due Jan 9, 2005



I am not sure all of Ben's questions were answered clearly, so just
restating them for clarification.
As per Section 3 of meeting minutes in San Antonio, voting on proposals
is expected to occur *ONLY* in Phase II, in May 2005. Given that:
a] Is it *mandatory* for all proposers to submit an update in Jan and/or
March meetings?
b] Will a proposal be *NOT* considered further if an update is not
submitted for Jan/March meetings? (for those just paranoid ..)

I also have a related concern which I raised earlier on the reflector
but got no satisfactory replies. Maybe it is not an issue. But I shall
reiterate it again anyway.
The May interim is currently scheduled for Beijing, China. Are there any
travel related issues with this location and is that going to affect the
802.21 down selection timeline?
