|In general, for any information that is included in Information Service
|(IS), there needs to be some explanation as to how it is intended to be
|used.
|The same goes for Channel models as well.

|I am not sure the checklist is an appropriate place to mandate what
|should be explicitly included in the (IS). Let's see what folks come up
|with in detailed proposals.
