CFP - Presentation order of updated Proposals

Folks,

As per my last email regarding the number of updated proposals, I had received
12 updated proposals instead of 11 that I had stated. The error in count was due
to my misunderstanding that one of the submitted proposals was for general input
to the group on evaluation criterion. Instead it was meant to be an actual
update on a prior proposal.

The order of the presentations is random and was after all determined as per RFC
3797. The input to the program, as seed, was the same as Clint had used.
Finally, here is the order of presentations for the updated proposals. Most
proposals are by a team of individuals. The name here is of the individual who
submitted the proposal.

1. Subir Das (21-04-0165-03-0000)
2. Michael Hoghooghi (21-04-0164-01-0000)
3. Peretz Feder (21-05-0202-00-0000)
4. Eric Njedjou (21-04-0167-02-0000)
5. Yogesh Bhatt (21-04-0170-02-0000)
6. Reijo Salminen (21-05-0204-01-0000)
7. Benjamin Koh Tien-Ming (21-04-0206-00-0000)
8. Alan G. Carlton (21-05-0203-00-0000)
9. Prasad (21-04-0166-02-0000)
10. Stefano Faccin (21-04-0169-02-0000)
11. Xiaoyu Liu (21-04-0171-02-0000)
12. Vivek Gupta (21-04-0168-00-0000)

Since these are updates to the previously submitted initial proposals, I have
decided to give every presenter 1 hour (with a minimum of 15 minutes of Q&A). A
presenter may choose to allocate more of his/her allotted time for Q&A.

I would be uploading the initial agenda for the January Monterey meeting within
the hour. Minor changes to the agenda may be there, so look for updated versions.
