Re: joint 802.11 and 802.21 liaison letter to IETF

Dear all,
        Thank you for all the comments on this document,
which I enclose for your interest.

(This is identical to document 11-05-283r3 on the .11 server)

Please send me any more comments you have, as there have
now been quite a few changes over the last two weeks or so.

Currently IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.21 are agreed that approval
of this liaison letter will occur during the Cairns meeting.

However, I have added a discussion item at the start of the
announced IEEE 802.11u tele conference on 20th April 2005
(04:00 ET), just to run through any important issues on
the document.
