IETF draft of interest

The following draft may be of interest to our work:

3-G link layer triggers are mentioned, link layer optimization is
discussed including reduction in bootstrapping and authentication.
 
I would invite the authors of this draft to comment on the viability of
IEEE 802.21 services to aid in their work.
