The document looks good and I have two comments.
- In section 2.8, it might be sufficient to just to mention that the basic
information set shall be supported instead of showing the list of basic set IEs.
- I agree with section 2.9, saying that IEs are carried in class 1
frames (very good!). On the other hand, I think we might need to add
some security requirements on carrying IEs in class 1 frames (e.g.,
response sent from network should be integrity protected).
