These are not of much use for members when completing Reply Comments before a meeting, but during comment resolution itself (such as at an actual 802.21 meeting) the comment might be deferred (say, to later in the week to allow for harmonisation or clarification by the commenter) or withdrawn if the original commenter so wishes (for whatever reason). Generally, in 802.16 for example, a withdrawn comment cannot be reintroduced, to prevent deliberate time wasting. 802.21 may wish to decide how they handle withdrawn comments.
