Re: [802.21] Comments on 21-06-0677-06-0000-Handover_Commands_Update.doc
One questions:
MIH_Handover_Commit messages are used to inform serving PoA which PoA MN will handover to, so that serving PoA can buffer packages sent to MN. Why need MIH_Handover_Commit messages between serving PoA and Target PoA? I don't think it is necessary.
