802.21 Stack

Hello,

I would want to know if somebody plan to make an Open Source 802.21 stack, to 
speed up its adoption and to reduce interoperability problems. We are 
planning to use this standard in a start up project, so it will be great to 
have a common base to create value-added. We are ready to participate in this 
common effort and to provide state-of-the-art network engineering support.
