Hello Peretz,

This was discussed in January meeting. The agenda for this ad hoc would be available in next few weeks.

But how can ALU (or other companies) commit today to attend if we don't know what is on the agenda yet?

We hope to discuss several 802.21 items such as Handover Commands,

What are the issues with HO commands?

MIH protocol messages, any remaining issues w.r.t Information Elements and

also work jointly with TGu folks in addressing their comments. We really need to buckle down and resolve the remaining issues in current 802.21 draft.

So will this be a joint meeting with TGu?

This is a step in that direction. Several key members have already confirmed their participation.

Trying to do the same but need more info please in support.

Kind Regards

-Vivek

What is the purpose of this ad hoc? What do we expect to achieve in Feb?

Thanks, Peretz

As discussed in the January London meeting the 802.21 ad hoc would be held at Intel site in Santa Clara on Feb 19-21.

TGu is also holding its ad hoc at same time (close by…see attached mail) and we would try to have joint meetings with them on 21st.

Please make your travel plans accordingly and let me know if you are planning on attending.

Agenda and other meeting logistics would be sent close to the meeting.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Kind Regards

-Vivek
