Vendor Specific IE
I am not sure what people want to do about Vendor Specific IE. This
issue was originally identified along with LB#1b C3098 and C3099,
mentioned in Slide#7 of
21-07-0074-01-0000-Information_Elements_Update.ppt, and Kenichi is
assigned a issue on this and trying to resolve this in LB#1c C4105
with 21-07-0057-00-0000-TYPE_IE_VENDOR_SPECIFIC.doc.
Should we leave it at that without specifying how to assign Vendor
Specific IE or go with using Vendor-Id combined with Vendor-Specific
Type as proposed in 21-07-0057-00-0000.
