Is there any issue with the submission of a cost based query to the MIIS? Since the network may have costs represented in local currency, how does the MN ask for all networks under a certain price for example? Or will it simply ask for those that are free, or those that have a subscription, etc?
Is everything clear and the spec is OK on this topic?
