Hello All,
 
When we say that 802.21 can be used to assist in network selection, we are essentially saying that mechanism should be devised to obtain information about different network elements right?
 
I have a querie about what these network elements are. I would think they include link utilization, link quality, and cost amongst others. What other network elements are of importance here?
