FW: Response of IEEE 802.16 WG to liaison statement IEEE L802.16-07/027 from the WiMAX Forum



As you recall the 802.16 WG had received a liaison from 3GPP.

The 802.16 WG has submitted a response to this liaison at the end of its
just concluded session in Portland.

In their response the 802.16 WG has referred to 802.21 WG for some of
the questions raised by 3GPP. We shall be sending a response from 802.21
WG in this regard. There was discussion on this within 802.21 in an
earlier teleconference as well. Please refer to an initial contribution
in this regard which we shall be discussing in our opening plenary:
