The 71 SB comments from 127-197 are all submitted by David
Cypher. Most of these comments deal with consistency issues and are
on the borderline of being classified as editorial as well. After discussing with David and the Editors we came to the
conclusion that ALL of these comments (except the ones listed below) should be Accepted based on
the proposed remedy along with the comment. The ones that need to be discussed further (between 127-197)
are as follows: 197,196,193,189, 161,158,137,133,129 Please let us know if you see any issues with this proposal
and would like to discuss any of these comments further. We can discuss this further during the teleconference on
