Security Study Group teleconference
I'm on the security study group teleconference, and there is a beep
every 15 seconds. What this usually means is that the call is being
recorded (there is a federally mandated beep every 15 seconds if a
call is recorded without an announcement). My suspicion is that the
bridge is configured to automatically record the teleconference.
This is not allowed under IEEE rules, and unless the recording is
stopped, the call should not proceed.
