802.21 SB Recirculation-1 Comment Resolution

I have posted an updated version of the Commentary Database 21-08-0017-01-0000-SB-Recirc-1-Comments.USR file.

All the editorial comments in the draft have been marked.

Several other comments which require updates to draft for consistency and other minor editorial type reasons have also been marked.

These were suggested by Qiaobing.

All these marked comments would be assigned to the Editor.

If you feel otherwise, and feel that we need to discuss these comments during the meeting please let us know by Wed morning 8:00 AM (Taipei time).
