Re: [802.21] MN_HO_Commit



Thank you Yoshi and JC for the feedback!

According to the discussions we had, let's revisit the MN_HO_Commit to notify the Serving PoS of the decided target information. 
This surely be the remote command. Also, the current MIH_Link_Handover_Imminent will be preserved as only having the intra-tech feature.
One more point is that we may add one flag to that MN_HO_Commit related with the resource reservation as suggested by Yoshi.
Let me have the feedbacks and let's close this issue.
