I uploaded the draft text for Use Cases which we intent to study as agreed at June 5 Teleconference.

The text I include is colored blue. I did not drag the whole TR in but only include MIH security part in the document. Please review it and we will discuss at June 19 conference call. Please notice that the text is for studying purpose.
