To ALL 802 Wireless Meeting Participants:

The January 2009 IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session will be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, located in Los Angeles, California USA during the week of January 18-23, 2009. The following IEEE 802 Working Groups will be participating: IEEE 802.11/.15/.18/.20/.21 and .22.

This information update contains the following information on the IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session:

• Session Registration – $850 REG DEADLINE FRIDAY JANUARY 9, 2009

IEEE 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.20, 802.21 and 802.22

Registration Fees for this session are:

• $850.00US After December 12, 2008 and before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday January 9, 2009 (UTC Time: 2am Saturday, January 10, 2009)

• $1100.00US After 6PM PT January 9, 2009

If you are not able to register via the web for technical reasons, you must notify the Conference Organizers prior to the cut off date, to receive the corresponding registration rate.
