RE: [802.21] Updated version of Montreal Closing Plenary Report



I really don’t see this co-relation and fail to see the rational for deleting the below bullets. In the past we have included key outcomes from session as part of the Closing Report. EC motions have also been included in Closing Report. Closing Reports are for benefit of everybody, even those who have not attended the meeting. Initially there was resistance to including any mention on MRPM and Revision PAR. Now we are down to few bullets.
