Submission deadline for proposals: September 13th, 2009 end of day
AOE (Anywhere On Earth)
- After the submission deadline, no new revision of proposal is allowed
until the end of September meeting
- Comments on proposals may be submitted as a contribution for
discussion in September meeting
- Submission deadline for comments: September 20th, 2009 end of day AOE
- *** Author must attend September meeting to present his or her
proposal ***
- It is highly recommended to consider harmonization among overlapping
proposals
