Approval of 802.21c PAR

Dear All,

 

The IEEE-SA NesCom met on Tuesday Dec 8^th and recommended that the following PAR be approved.

The IEEE-SA Standards Board subsequently approved the following PAR:

 

P802.21c

Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks -- Part 21: Media Independent Handover Services

Amendment: Optimized Single Radio Handovers

Recommendation: Approve new PAR until December 2013

 

802.21c will start operating as a new Task Group and will hold sessions during the 802.21 January interim meeting in San Diego.
