Airport Transport arrangement by Chancery Pavilion for today's check out

As you may aware that a lot of people are checking out today, and the traffic is unpredictable.The Hotel does not have enough taxis, and also difficult to get too many cars at that time. However, the Chancery Hotel has agreed to arrange Airport transportation provided you tell them in advance. A booking desk will be open between 1.45 PM and 4.00 PM near the Grand Ball Room so that you can book your transportation arrangements.
You will have the following options
Hotel Cabs at INR 1800 + taxes (less than approximately $50) per cab, which can accomodate three people comfortably and four max if required
Meru Cabs at INR 600 to 700 (pay as per meter reading), which is approximately less than $15
32 seater AC coach - around INR 200 to INR 300 (less than approximately $8 max) depending on number of people occupying the bus (only provided when sufficient number of people prefer this).
If you need this facility, please do it in advance so that there is no last minute rush. The charge can be added to your room. Please note that for the people staying Chancery also check with the booking desk in advance.
