Dear IEEE 802.21 Voting Members, With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #4b (LB#4b), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21b™/D03 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?". This Ballot opens Monday, April 18, 2011 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Tuesday, May 03, 2011 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
