Dear IEEE 802.21 Voting Members, With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #4c (LB#4c), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21b™/D04 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?". This Ballot opens Monday, June 20, 2011 at 23:59 ((11:59PM) Eastern Time, USA and will close 15 days later on Tuesday, July 05, 2011 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
