EC Conditional Approval of IEEE 802.21a and 802.21b forward to RevCom

Dear Members,
IEEE 802 EC has approved the following during November, 2011 closing plenary:
- Conditional Approval to forward the IEEE P802.21a Draft to the IEEE SA RevCom
- Conditional Approval to forward the IEEE P802.21b Draft to the IEEE SA RevCom
