The Jan Interim deadline for the low rate is only one week after the November plenary, during which some people are still at IETF. I am dealing with one meeting at a time: Finish the November plenary before I check the January interim. We only confirm we will hold the January interim towards the end of the November plenary. Did they announce this short deadline during the November plenary or did I miss it?
I believe the purpose of an early deadline is to make it possible for the arrangements to plan ahead, and is not intended to let people miss the deadline and pay higher fee. So I do believe they should announce this short deadline during the November plenary. Did they? Or did I miss their announcement?
