We only confirm we will hold the January interim towards the end of the November plenary. Did they announce this short deadline during the November plenary or did I miss it?
I believe the purpose of an early deadline is to make it possible for the arrangements to plan ahead, and is not intended to let people miss the deadline and pay higher fee. So I do believe they should announce this short deadline during the November plenary. Did they? Or did I miss their announcement?
There were no additional notice except the general announcement that I forwarded. What I should have done is to emphasize this during closing plenary.

I guess you mean January Interim. I believe, I forwarded the first
announcement  before
Nov plenary. This time it seems that the deadline is very early. I sent
a note to F2F and will
let you all know  when I receive a reply.
