Submission deadline for for 802.21d Proposal Prentation II is
Jan 6 (Sun), 2013, end of day AOE (Anywhere On Earth)

Both revised and new proposals are allowed for Proposal Prentation II.

Detailed text is needed at this stage.

including definitions of revised and new proposals.
