There is an easy access "Sky Train" (subway style) service, from YVR to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
Details are as follows:

Canada Line: The Canada Line connects Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Cost is $3.75 CAD for adults and $2.50 CAD for children each way, plus a $5.00 CAD surcharge for all trips originating at the airport. Hyatt Regency
