Hello Everyone:

The nomination period for 2013 is coming to a close on 31 July.

Please consider nominating a colleague for an award in any of the following categories:

· Standards Medallions

· IEEE SA International Award

· IEEE SA Corporate Award

· IEEE SA Emerging Technology Award

· IEEE SA Lifetime Achievement Award

· IEEE SA Standards Board Distinguished Service Award

Again this year, the IEEE Standards Association Awards Ceremony will be held during our December meeting series, this year on 8 December 2013 at The Palace in Somerset, NJ.

Attached is a brief description of each of the SA awards and the website listed above is where the awards can be found.

As you know, many volunteers dedicate many hours developing IEEE standards for the betterment of humanity and the advancement of technology.
