Dear IEEE 802.21 Voting Members,  


With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #6 re-circulation (LB6c), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21c™/D04 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

This Ballot opens Tuesday,  June 25, 2013 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).

The instructions and 'Voter List' for 802.21 Letter Ballot #6c can be found at:
