This is my review of comments marked editorial:
- Comments #83, #84, #85, #139 should be changed to technical comments since they can lead to technical changes.
- Comment #17 resolution should be "Superceded by Cmt #20".
- Comment #113 resolution should be "Superceded by Cmt #111".
- Comments #52, #95, #98, #100, #115, #159, #172, #176, #180, #190, #191, #196, #202, #206, #212, #213, #221, #238, #244 need to be discussed since they have no suggested resolution yet.
- Comment #111 needs to be discussed as remarks says "NEED TO DISCUSS".
- Comments #158, #188 needs to be discussed since the suggested remedy is reject.
