September Interim Meeting Opening Ceremony

Dear Members,

I would like to encourage all 802.21 members that are attending the IEEE
802 Wireless Interim meeting to be present at our opening ceremony on
Monday with the local host and dignitaries.

The ceremony begins at 9 am local time, Monday 16 Sept, 2013 in 
'The Great Hall', main building 3rd floor.
