Dear IEEE 802.21 Voting Members,


With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #7d (LB7d), which is a ballot on the question "Should IEEE P802.21d™/D05 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

This Ballot opens on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Saturday,  July 05, 2014 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).
